You may of appeal the decision of the Medical Board regarding income tax to a Medical Appeals Board. You must submit the appeal to the income tax assessor. The appeal must be submitted in writing, and a payment voucher for the appeal must be attached to the request.
Both you and the Income Tax Authority may appeal the decision by the Medical Board regarding income tax.
The appeal must be submitted within 45 days from the date on which you received the decision by the Medical Board.
